Our skilled contract winemakers have a broad skillset which they couple with the equipment and technology available at our state-of-the-art wineries to ensure they’re making your wine, your way.
Our temperature-controlled tanks range in size from 2500 to 500,000 litres while our newest winery, Kendrick Rd, offers state-of-the-art 60 tonne central membrane presses, continuous flotation and Omnia high solids crossflow.
From hand-picked barrel ferments through to large parcel flotation, no task is too big or too small for our team.
Whether fruit is hand or machine picked, our variety of open top and multi-fermenter tanks give us the ability to accommodate the red winemaking needs of every client.
Fermenters range in size from 3.5-tonnes to 30 tonnes, with hand plunging, automated plunging or pulse air options for cap management. Barrel storage is available in a temperature-controlled environment.
Across our wineries, we’ve adopted Foss WineScan technology and Vintrace, Vinwizard Fridge, enabling our clients to monitor their blends from start to finish.
From there, they can be transferred via our direct connection to WineWorks Marlborough for bottling.
